Increased white discharge - period time.

Hi doctor, We have been trying for pregnancy since 1 year with no success. This time my wife has been noticing thin white discharge from 26th day of cycle, Today is day 31. 1. Today it is actually increased, there is a mild odour. 2. No regular symptoms of period, but she is getting slight pain in inner elbow joint and knees since 1 day. 3. She also had loose motion and 2 days ago. 4. Getting mild pain in abdomen frequently for a few minutes or seconds since 4 days. 5. She had minor leg and lower back pain (cramps/kind of soreness), similar to what she get near to period 1 day ago before going to bed, but it has been stopped after she got up 6. Moreover, my wife is getting a feeling that she might be pregnant. The feeling is much higher than ever! No other symptoms observed. Is there any good news that we can expect? 😊
