Increased size of kidney
I got to know 2 year before that i have small and ectopic right kidney then i had many ultrasound ivp also in every ultrasound my ryt kidney was small and ectopic almost half the size of ryt kidney but before 2 days i had ultrasound in which my kidney was normal infact bigger than left kidney my ryt kidney was 9.8cm in size and left was 8.3 cm. hows it possible is kidney grow in adult also should i go to doctor or it is normal

Either the earlier report or the present one is wrong, kidney doesn't grow in size. But there is inter observer variability when kidney sizes are assessed, if size variation is minimal in previous USG, one being small and other larger doesn't matter, a disparity in size up to 1.5 cm, usually left being larger than right is normal.
