Increased creatinin ecoli infection rpf
Hydronephrosis due to rpf, got stents in ureter, stents caused ecoli infection, back pain occasionally, urine output is fine, tlc is raised, creatinine is raised

Probably you must have started antibiotics as per sensitivity as you got urine culture. If there is no improvement then stents need to be removed. RPF ideally needs lap or open surgery where both the ureters are mobilized or lateralized
