Increase metabolism
Hello , I had a really nice metabolism when I was young but when I grew up and started working because the sitting hours increased my metabolism has decreased. Please suggest something

by you saying your metabolism is decreased i assume you are gaining weight and not able to reduce it easily. if the symptoms are less the answer is in your question.Exercise. be physically active take steps instead of elevator. wall instead of taking auto or car. if the symptoms are worse, you need to find out what is reason behind low metabolism it can be low thyroid function, any other metabolic disease, prediabetic condition, etc.
