Hello
My husband's SGPT and SGOT has increased.
SCPT - 96
SGOT - 45
Immature platelet fraction - 30.2
And sonography report says
Hepatomegaly with grade 2 fatty changes in liver.
Cholelithiasis as described.
Is there anything to worry about.
How this can be treated.

Dear Mam
Increase in liver enzymes ( SGOT/PT) might suggest of inflammation. Yes it is worrisome if left untreated. That inflammation ( steatohepatitis) may be because of alcohol or NASH ( obesity / fatty liver). Need to evaluate him further.
