Dear parents,         Immunity increases those who have good Haemoglobin. Those child fed on milk, top or mother s after 6month all the day are prone to have decrease Immunity. As milk lacks iron, leading to decrease in Haemoglobin & finally Immunity.
Next Steps
So after 6months stop milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet & milk from 8pm to 8am. Start giving semi solid diet for 15days stopping milk for 4hours. Next 15days stop milk for 8hours & give semi solid diet. Finally stop milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet. In semi solid diet give Dal, dalia, khichdi, rice, alu, kela, apple, upaama, halwa, patoliya, raab, kadi, idle, poha etc. Give milk in night, preferable mother's milk if available for at least two years.
