Hi dear, Best wishes for ur pregnancy. 8th month is crucial period but foremost you have to maintain calm and stay stress free. If fetal length is little low, it means either some nutritional deficiencies or some genetic reasons. Apart from other nutrients Vitamin C is most important.. Best source is lemon, citrus fruits and guava. So have them in plenty. Also low fat dairy and Clean Green leafy veggies also need to be in your daily meal. And keep your self hydrated. Need customised diet.. Do contact me. Best wishes again!!

Hello, First of all Wishing you all the very best for your pregnancy... In 30 weeks of pregnancy, it's very important to take proper nutrition for overall fetal growth. please follow certain protocol like 1. No Raw food 2. No un washed fruits or vegetables 3. Un cooked or partly cooked dairy products not acceptable. 4. Artificial colours, artificial flavour & artificial taste is to be avoided.. 5. Some vegetables & fruit are totally myth about pregnancy Nutrition,  but since it's a matter of happiness, the age old advice may be abide by but 6. Dairy protein & plant proteins must be there in your diet plan 7. In case of salad or raw fruits, wash with hot water to wash any chemical or preservatives used for food processing. 8. In the first 2 trimester, minimise public transport, be happy always, 9.  Walk regularly on plain land. 10. Maintain personal hygiene on regular basis. You can ask me for detailed diet chart as per your Height/weight & food habit. Dietitian souvik chakraborty (You can practo search to connect further)
