My eye vision is increasing month by month last month my power was .5 now it 1 how can my vision be normal

Power usually become stable at age of 18-21 yrs
As you are already 21yrs old so power will not increase much now
This difference in power could be due to interindividual variability

Don't get your power checked from a local optician : optical shop every month
Get a dilated examination done by an ophthalmologist and that too 6 monthly
Power will get stabilised ... don't worry
