Urinary incontinence is usually due to weakness of pelvic floor muscles. More than any medicine pelvic floor exercises are going to help you much more. Try to tighten muscles of pelvis. Suppose you want to pass urine, but there is no proper place , what will you do. You will tighten the sphincter of the urinary bladder and hold it till you find a proper place. In the similar way do the tightening of pelvic floor muscles as an exercise atleast 30 times 3-4 times in a day. These exercises will definitely help you. Take capsule Cobadex forte once daily.
