Incontinence after surgery
Is surgery only option to treat fistula? What are the chances of incontinence of bowel  after the surgery? Plz advice

It depends on many factors like  the tract of the fistula, wound healing after the surgery, whether there is any secondary infection or not, like that. But when done under the guidance of an expert Surgeon usually there are no problems.
