Inconsistent BP which is usually high
I am having issues with sudden surge in discomfort in chest. I was advised 2D echo as well as TMT. 2D echo report are normal with no deviations. However, my TMT results say ischemia @106% of target bpm of 171, with a peak load factor of 7.9. What does it mean?

TMT is a physiological assessment of heart, it basically assesses how the heart behaves during stress, in this case excercise. At a moderate workload your Stress ECG started showing changes, which would mean that the blood supply to the heart was getting reduced, rather a requirement- supply mismatch. Best investigation to further delineate CAD would be a coronary angiogram
