Consider orthopedic opinion for cervical spondylosis because that is the specialization . Cervical spondylosis causes vertigo by vertebral artery ischemia which is not common in early stage cervical spondylosis. doctors who are not specialist of musculoskeletal system like orthopedic surgeons frequently consider vertigo to be caused by cervical etiology but it is not the usual and common cause. Need to evaluate more on cardiovascular and neurological front to evaluate cause of your balance issue.
