I can understand your concern.
It's a psychiatric problem which needs to be dealt with a psychiatrist.
Also you have given history in only 2 sentences.
Kindly take her to the psychiatrist, let him talk to her, take a detailed history, examine her and then he can prescribe something and do counselling so that it will help her.
