8month letter my both eyes have -3.25but today i do chek it its -2.75 and -3 did it reduce more? What to do for reduching eye power

0.50 change is a very subjective change and isn't a significant change at all. Numbers cannot be reduced with conservative measures. You need to get LASIK done for the same.

Hi..how r u checking ? At some optom r docotrs?
Little variation possible if checked at 2 place, by 2 individuals..doesnt mean power is variable.
Only scientific way to remove power is by laser.

Hello Ma'am, mostly for everyone the power of eyes stabilizes around 21 years of age. A fine tuning of the power can be done. So a 0.25 to 0.50 difference here and there doesn't mean the Eye Power is changing. The only way of reducing eye power is by Refractive Surgery like LASIK.
