Improving egg quality
Hi,
I recently went through IVF in October(2good quality embryos transferred) but it was not successful although everything was fine (endometrium also very good) ..no embryos freezed as only 2 made up to blastocyst stage out of 5 fertilised. Remark being not so good egg quality. I'm planning another ivf in July. Meanwhile I wanted to do everything that improves my egg quality.. So how can I improve it? I've started on vitamins (stopped after ivf failure). I'm taking cor3, Metadoze ( for my high postprandial insulin), wellwoman, Ovigyn d3. I heard that ubiquinol also required for improvement. Please Recommend me sources and supplements of it. And also any other things I could do to improve egg quality?
