Improper sleep problem
Sir ,i live in college for b.tech course. Initially i used to wake up whole night and sleep in the morning.But now it has become my habit. Now my problem is that from last 2 3 days I want to sleep at night.My mind is very tensed about not sleeping in night and if i go to bed for sleeping in night i used to leave the bed.But in morning if i want to sleep then i am able to sleep.And also sir at night i am always thinking about this only but not in morning.I can't go home because my exam is near.

look as long as u taking 6-8hr u need nt worry timing of sleep as u said depends on habit.once body get habit its biological clock works accordingly.. well if u want to change this clock back to night time sleep u need to train it oppsitely. taking medicine for everything ds nt worth..if things cn be done naturally bt this training time  can be greatly shortened if u hv lil precaution

frst make a will its most important avoid day time sleeping avoid tea coffee in the evening have proper dinner before u go to bed keep the room as much dark as possible use earplugs if dere is so much noise and above all take a break from ur mobile during this time get up in morning go out to a walk,gym if u take these precaution u won't need any medicine sleep vl cm naturally initial two three days cud be frustrating bt latter u vl win ovr these things stay healthy lemme knw if it works 😊
