Improper movement of right hand thumb

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I got accident before 2 years and my right forearm get fractured after treatment hand is in proper movement but right thumb is not moving properly I took ultrasound therapy for 10 days but no improvement or very little using goinometer movement in horizontal plane is good but out of plane against gravity zero movement pls look into the matter
