I m 22 yr girl currently residing in pg and due to improper diet and schedule m loosing weight but m pear shaped so the area where m loosing weight more is above abdomen where as my hips nd thigh dont loose weight so easily.. I calculated my bms it was 21 something nd it said it was normal but my weight ideal was 57 where as m 54.. I jst need ur previous advice for my proper diet dat I can follow in my student life.. i'l be highly obliged for ur help in dis matter..
