Improper bowel moment
I was diagnosed with colitis, was under medication, now I feel things are good but suffering from constipation. I am not having a sound bowel moment thus passing stool has become very erratic . Help, I am 30 year old unmarried male, 82.5 kya,5.7ft.

CONSTIPATION is the cause of all the complications.
Plant based diet is best diet.
Appropriate treatment if diet and lifestyle changes doesn't help.
