Important Suggestions
Sir/Madam, Tapse=20 and Diastolic compliance is reduced (impaired relaxation) E:A 0.90 and systolic is Good. ECG shows high pulse. Pulse rate sometimes goes high and sometimes normal. These are mentioned in my report. Is it normal or abnormal report??? Looking for your valuable and proper suggestion. Thanks

TAPSE is alright. Only diastolic dysfuction along with tachy, can continue some diuretics and betablocker.
