Implantation bleeding and again period

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi iam trying to get pregnant since 5 mnths. I had miscarriage 3 mnths back. My period date is 1 st of every mnth. 3 days back I had implantation bleeding. But today I see mucusy blood. I think I'm having period. Does this happen? What may be the cause
