Their are pros n cons of implant n bridge. In implant we need not to sacrifice adjacent tooth. But for bridge we need to use adjacent tooth. Implant are very expensive as compared to bridge.

Implant is basically a solo artificial tooth with titanium root. Implant gives a life long results in terms of better aesthetic, occlusion, load bearing capacity etc. In bridge you have to sacrifice your two healthy adjacent tooth immediate to missing tooth region. Bridge needs support of your adjacent tooth.

implant cost is totally a price range things, same as in case of cars. Higher the price, higher the specification i.e mercedes and maruti. They both works fine. Implant cost depends on many things i.e grading of titanium, abutments, prosthetic options zirconia, pfm etc.

With the help of Implant you can chew your food like natural teeth.
In bridge we sacrifice two adjoining healthy teeth .
There is food lodgement along the bridge which sometimes is irritating.
Life of bridge is 5 years where as Implant lasts longer
