Im a 20 year old female and I missed my periods I have a irregular cycle and it been 6 weeks now since ive have my period I took a home pregnancy test today and it came out negative i have a pregnancy bump my belly has a visible line and a feint long line going upwards I am constantly hungry and have a troat blockage whenever I laugh is it possible that i am pregnant?

If your urine pregnancy test is negative then confirm by Bhcg.It is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.
