Impacted wisdom tooth removal -
I have a wisdom tooth extraction. Lower wisdom tooth impacted. I am allergic to pencillin. So taking Azithromycin. Earlier i used to take Opara 1000mg as painkiller after tooth extraction. Never taken any other painkiller other than paracetamol This time dentist Said i will need painkiller like etoshine. Is it safe? I have bp but controlled with medicine s Bp is 125/80 Sometimes 130/85 Taking dilzem cd 120 and telma 40 Earlier had tachycardia. Now normal with dilzem. No other heart issues. Have lupus but no organ involvement Rheumatologist has approved of any pain killer as per dentist. Need suggestions Which is safe painkiller
