Extraction of tooth.
I got angioplasty in 2019. Now I have tooth decay. So can I do treatment of my teeth. Dentist said 4 teeth should be taken out.

You need to continue aspirin 75 mg and discontinue other antiplatelet for 5 days prior to tooth extraction

Post angioplasty you will be taking anti-platelets, which can cause minor bleeding issues. It depends on the procedure and the operating surgeon whether they require stopping anti-platelets or can safely carry out the procedure on these medications. If required the dentist can ask to hold these medicines for 2 to 3 days prior to the procedure and restart the drugs as soon as the procedure is over. The procedure can be safely done so do not worry.
