I have impacted wisdom tooth.My dentist told to remove it.Dentist tod that it could be removed only by surgery.Dentist also.said that they wil make stiches after surgery.Dentist also.said that some bone near my lower jaw wisdom teeth need to be removed by surgery.may i know the procedure and is it neccesary to remove the teeth
