Tremendous headache, gland swollen and jaws closed. Problem in having meal.... supernumerary teeth detected through XRay. .. after XRay upper and lower jaw became more close resulting into problems in eating

Visit your Dentist with x -Ray. Mostly supernumerary tooth need a removal. Get it done as early as possible but before that make sure that the same tooth is the cause of your problem as normaly they remain harmless. Best of luck.
