Im tested covid negative

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Since 4days I'm suffering with cold with mucus production and sputum,and 2day I got fever and body pain but after taking dolo fever subsided,3day ilosed taste and smell,excessive sweating,4day covid test done its negative ,but I'm getting ear pain and headache also I'm taking azthromycin since 4days but cold and dry cough is not controlling plz suggest me some medicine is it covid
