IM SOOOOO ITCHY

I literally wake up in the middle of the night because I'm so itchy. I literally don't know what this is or how to get rid of it, I've tried everything. Please help. Maybe ringworm or eczema, not sure. It's all over my thighs and arms... it's flaky and VERY VERY itchy, sometimes I scratch so hard that I draw blood
