Itchy soles of feet at night
Over the last few days, the heels and soles of my feet have started to itch significantly in night while in bed (sometimes even waking me up from sleep). I keep the feet clean and dry for most of the day (also used pumice to clean and remove dead skin cells but that hasn't helped). Pics attached. Please suggest.

Only do you have itching at soles, avoid contact with detergents,hard soap, Chemicals, walking in bear foot outdoors.use Moisturizers morning and night for 15 days. Oral antihistamines like tab Atarax 10 mg .
