Im loosing weight
I lost 7-8 kg weight in a year i feel swelling in rectum and have a skin tag on anal region what can be the cause? I feel mucus with stool but reports shows no mucus present ...what does this indicate ? I have 13.5 Hb no infection nothing ...is this ibs or ibd ...may be crohns i m doubtful ..plz help

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Right with swelling in rectum and mucous discharge with loss of weight is matter of concern .. you should undergo proper examination and perrectal examination by surgeon . Followed by sigmoidoscopy if indicated .. ibs / crohns can only be diagnosed after sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy and it’s not the propbablr diagnosis in ur case .. Will be happy to help u further
