Im having breakouts of red bumps on feet

Think inmay have symptoms of diabetes. I have red bumps all over my feet and ankles they itch very bad -and ive recently had issues with smy stomach. Loss of appetite alot of diarhea. The stomach was an issue for a while but hasnt been in the past few weeks.
