Im getting spots

I am 32 years old and never had problems with them before, but i have started getting spots on my face and some around my wasteline , unlike normal spots these come out as a large zit kinda, and to start off when i squeeze them the white stuff was very hard, but now the just squeeze clear liquid, but they are refusing to go away
