After fusion of growth plates in your bone , there is no use of hGH injection. Never take the injection without getting opinion from a pediatric endocrinologist.
Thank you for sharing your concern. If your bone growth plates are already fused, HGH treatment will not help you grow taller, as it only works when growth plates are still open. While HGH can sometimes be used for muscle building, it is not recommended for such use unless there is a genuine medical need. Taking HGH without medical supervision can lead to serious side effects like joint pain, swelling, insulin resistance, and other health issues.
Next Steps
I encourage you to consult with a pediatric endocrinologist who can evaluate your situation and advise you appropriately. Your health and safety should always come first.
