Hi , My all reports are normal, But i have kidney stones of 3 mm, Doctor said nothing to worry, I have left side abdominal pain, I keep thinking of same everytime and google everytime about everything, I feel scare about that something is going to happen to me Please suggest what to do

Your being anxious due to kidney stone and facing impending doom that is something happen to you feeling. Kidney stone of 3mm can be washed out by just medicine from urologist and plenty of medication.

Drink plenty of water everyday. 3mm stone is likely to get washed out from your kidneys. Remember that repeatedly reading something will not change the facts. Keep yourself distracted from those thoughts and divert your mind to something else.
