Ige levels are above 3000

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I am suffering from chronic fatigue and Ige levels are greater than 3000. Have a history of parasites. Blastocystis hominis roundworm e coli protozoa fever cold cough..I've had all this in the last 2 years.have taken the 6th course of anti helminths in 2 years. Currently taking albendazol nicozamide...how much time should I wait before starting on probiotics...like if I finish the anti helminths in the 2nd august.when do I start with the probiotics?

Starting probiotics along with anthelmintic and antiprotozoals should not be the concern. Concern should be why you continue to suffer these for 2 years You need to find the source of recurrent infection first. These infections are water borne food borne and due to poor hand and personal hygeine
