I have PCOD with thick facial hair and cyatic acne all of which leave ice prick scars on my face. How to remove those ice prick scars? Also, are there any creams which cab reduce my hair growth.

Ice pick scars can be reasonably reduced with dermatosurgical procedures like TCA cross technique, microneedling, fractional LASER, etc. or a combination of techniques.
For thick hair growth, best would be to go for LASER hai reduction.
