Ice Pick Headache
It started 4 month ago with mild Ice Picks above left ear somewhat back side of head. But now it has increased in intensity and frequency, and became uncomfortable. Some minor continuous pain is now also there on left and back side of head along with Ice Picks.
I study 8 -10 hrs daily on Table&Chair from last 6 months.

Hello friend.
That may due to posture that leads Cervicogenic headache.
Start with proper stretchings of neck as well as exercises inbetween study. Use hot pack and start with Breathing exercises too.
Still if painful then go for Physiotherapy.
