My daughter is 1.4 years old and last night she vomited and this morning she is having fever can I give her ibugesic plus and if yes what should be the dosage?

syrup calpol will be better than ibugesic plus. but you wil also need syrup emeset for vomiting. other details n symptoms are also to be checked before prescribing medicines.
