I am suffering from chronic IBS-C ( constipation). It means every day routine / bowel movement timings are changing. Particularly when I take antibiotics it harms me more
I have to be supported by probiotics often.
Diet, vitals, physical activities are fine. No blood, no pain , no mucus in stool.
And it's genetic.
Question is
Can I try trphala churn or tablets? Generally aurvedic and herbal medicine causing pain and more irregularity in routine for me.

You have is problem thats Grahni in ayurved ,this is due to irregular food habits like junk food,spicy,oily ,dairy products and others like this.so avoid these, empty stomach take more water. Decrease stress level by yoga and meditation.aturved medicine have very nice result but under observation.you can use alovera ,avala. whatsapp chat on sevens seven nine three zero two zero four Eight zero .

See IBS is the diseases which increases due to strees....so stay relax and it is compley Curable in Ayurveda.....and it cause if ur digestive power gets disturbed so we have to work on ur digestion along with some dietary changes...with some basic yoga like anulom,vilom....we have seen beautiful results on IBS....
