Taking kutajghan vati 2 and chitrakadli vati 1 two times a day since last one month. Pure vegetarian habits. Discontinued milk. Multiple motions and slight pain. Any more medicine to add for early recovery.

Intake pomogranate juice,butter milk three four times a day. Add a small piece of ginger mashed to buttermilk. Ginger tea, Ginger water,is good. Eat cooked food only,no raw foods,vegetables.
