Ibs  cd  uc
I am 23 y/o female. I have severe diarrhea & constipation issues since 12 years this are my reports but I am not getting my exact problem that I have ibs or uc or crohns disease? So sir can you please tell me my actual diagnosis I had done colonoscopy and endoscopy bt I am not getting that I have ibs or uc or chronic disease? This are my 2 reports old and new..old reports: endoscopy - esophagus - erythema lower esophagus, lax hiatal opening. Stomach -antral erosions duodenum - erosions impression :-reflux esophagitis, antral gastritis, duodenitis new reports: endoscopy - esophagus - normal mucosa duodenum - normal mucosa stomach- lax hiatus, antral erosions diagnosis - gastric erosion colonoscopy - mucosal abnormality: ti erosions, colonic mucosa was normal biopsy: from ti for hpe diagnosis- ti erosions. Biopsy report - Impression : Chronic Non specific Inflammatory lesion - Terminal ileum.Serology report-HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGE Result- Negative.Method-Rapid Immunochromatography
