Will ibs diarreha cause mild non specific inflammation in colon and ileum? My colonoscopy biopsy shows Microscopy : Sections show few superficial strips of ideal mucosa. Lamina propria shows lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate and occasional cosinophils. Negative for activity, metaplasia or dysplasia Diagnosis : Biopsy Specimen : Mild chronic leitis.
