Ibs and pain
I Have ibs c. I am taking normaxin, unienzyme,prothiaden, cipcal, cipcal d3,evion,nexito, pregalin and cremaffin plus. Bu endoscopy all body test negative. No fever. I have pain both leg calf and thigh and hand muscle pain. This is due muscle weak. Can u suggest me best painkiller. My bowel movement slow. Thats why both hand and leg pain. Kindly suggest painkiller safe.

Add more potassium rich diet like banana and tender coconut . Get electrolyte tested namely sodium , potassium , magnesium level as well as thyroid level
