I was affected with thyroid at age of 10 used medecation for one year and stopped it now iam 23 ,since ten years iam not using medecation Iam losing weight 85 to 60,weakness,scalp issues,hairloss,done thyroid profile TSH T3,are normal """"""" " T4 is 4.4 out of 4.5 to 12 refrence range """"""""And FT3 FT4 are normal Do i need to use thyroxine ,I heard doc saying once thyroid effects life long inducing is needed
