I used to drink more alcohol and face become oval shape so I want to reduce fat and make it a good shape

Greetings It would be really nice if you could buy sometine for yourself and get it examined. I will have to assess the Face as a whole and then we can plan a solution to your query. As a Maxillofacial Surgeon i would say that we do have variable  Options to Treat the same. Conservative   to  aggressive as surgery  as well....
