I had ectopic pregnancy ma right tube is removed. I did hsg ma left tube is normal. I need twins naturally with single tube.by ayurveda can have twins.

Please don't have such ideas. If you want to conceive please visit a Gynaec and take advice and follow that. Since there is one tube only. Your doctor will scan and follow your follicles and accordingly give you treatment
