I want to use contact lenses. Which type of lenses are preferable. Is it good to use lenses? Do we have any disadvantages?

Hello A. You can use soft contact lens B. Yes...you may use contact lens without fear C. Disadvantages are risk of infection etc but these happen when we don't exercise precautions Avoid sleeping or bathing while wearing contact lens Keep contact lens in proper solution after using them
