I 31y recently gone thru a low dose CT of lungs for the first time. The CT report states the following-
"both lungs are normal with few 3-4 mm subpleural nodules with minimal associated fibrotic changes seen in bilateral lower lobe posterior basal segment and right upper lobe likely remains of old infections"
what do i do? something to worry?

It needs to be clinically correlated. If there had been previous history of tuberculosis or any lung infection which usually gets healed with fibrosis..
