I want to understand the CT report
I 31y recently gone thru a low dose CT of lungs for the first time. The CT report states the following- "both lungs are normal with few 3-4 mm subpleural nodules with minimal associated fibrotic changes seen in bilateral lower lobe posterior basal segment and right upper lobe likely remains of old infections" what do i do? something to worry?

It needs to be clinically correlated. If there had been previous history of tuberculosis or any lung infection which usually gets healed with fibrosis.. Please share the past and current any clinical details to help you better.
