Regarding Ct Scan Report - I Was Tested Positive On 04Th June

Regarding CT Scan report

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I was tested positive on 04th June 2021. On 09th my CT scan came 6/25. I have attached blood test report. My temp stays 98.7 -98.8 everyday in afternoon and 97.9-98.1 in morning. When I cN end self isolation and will the infection go away automatically? I have taken full dose of antibiotics (ivermestin, uprise d3, surbex xt, predmet 4mg, azee 500, pantop 40) Please advise
